When is my rent due?
Rent is due to our office on the 1st of each month. It is considered late if received after the 5th.

How can I pay rent?
There are three ways to pay rent: With a check, cashiers check /money order, or online through Rent Café :

Can I pay with a post-dated check?
No, checks must be current

When should I expect my lease renewal?
You should expect to see your lease renewal 90-120 days prior to your lease expiring. You can find your lease expiration date through your Rent Café Portal.

What do I do if I have a maintenance request?
Submit a request through Rent Café, or email your Maintenance Coordinator. You can find your Maintenance coordinator through Rent Café. If it is an emergency, call the office and press ‘7’.

If I have a question about my rent payment, whom do I call?
If it is your first month’s rent, call your leasing coordinator. For all other inquiries, call your Collections Coordinator.

What do I do if I lost my keys?
If it is after normal business hours, you will have to call a locksmith, if it is during regular office hours, call your Maintenance Coordinator or the office. Warning: Replacement keys can cost up to $150/key

What are the office hours?
Main office: 9:00-5:00 M-F, 9:00-12:00 Saturday
Leasing Office: 10:00-6:00 M-F; By Appointment Saturday

Who do I talk to about my rent increase?
Talk to your Leasing Coordinator about any concerns regarding rent increase.

Can I paint my apartment?
Yes, if it is Navajo White by Benjamin Moore.

How can I find out about parking at my apartment?
To purchase a spot, email your Leasing Coordinator. If your spot is occupied, email your Property Manager.

What do I do if I have a complaint about a tenant?
If you have a tenant complaint, E-mail your Property Manager.

Can I have pets in my building?
In most cases, yes, but it depends on which building you live in. Contact your Leasing Coordinator to find out for sure. The pet fee is $250 for dogs and $150 for cats.
